For PPh 21/26 calculations in Indonesia, each tax year runs from January to December. If your company starts using or registering for Gadjian after the beginning of the year (January), it is strongly recommended to record employee income earned from January until before using Gadjian through the YTD PPh21/26 menu.
This guarantees that tax calculations at the end of the year or when an employee leaves are accumulated correctly.
How to complete YTD PPh 21/26 data in Gadjian:
Open the YTD PPh 21/26 menu.
There are two methods to complete YTD PPh 21/26 data:
a. Manual input (1 employee at a time). Click the pencil icon to edit employee YTD PPh21/26 data.
b. Upload via Excel template
This is the page that appears when you choose to manually enter YTD PPh 21/26 data for each employee.
For more detailed explanations of each field, see the table below.
📌 Reminder: Important!
Gadjian payroll and PPh 21/26 calculation use the month and date of the first registration and use of Gadjian by the company. For example, if company A is using Gadjian starting in February, the system will automatically calculate payroll and tax for February and onwards.
Hope this helps! 😉
